Local producers
for breakfast
To offer you a quality breakfast experience, we work hand in hand with local producers:
Chicherie & Pinault bakeries and pastry shops, both located in Chantepie — the neighbouring town just beyond Rennes’ ring road — deliver fresh bread, pastries and brioche to us every morning.
Vergers d'Armorique, based in Visseiche, supply us with their award-winning artisanal apple juice, proudly recognised with a Gold Medal at the Paris Agricultural Show.
The crêpes you can enjoy every morning are made by Le Guen Crêperie & Biscuiterie, based in La Chapelle-Bouëxic.
On our buffet, you’ll find the delicious fruit-rich jams from Alicette, located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, north of Rennes. Most of their recipes are crafted using fruit sourced as locally as possible.
Eighty-five kilometres north of the hotel, along the Emerald Coast, the honey you’ll taste at our buffet is lovingly produced by Fleur de Ciel, a local company. This exceptional honey is harvested with care — you can read their interview on the Brit Hotel blog.
